Key Personnel - Professional jobs for professional people.

Candidate pre-screening and vetting

Thanks to Key Personnel's extensive and comprehensive screening and selection process, we are confident that we can source the best candidates available on behalf of our clients. All candidates are initially telephone screened by our professionally trained consultants before being invited for a face to face in-depth interview and skills evaluation.

All of Key Personnel's local offices have dedicated interviewing and assessment facilities and indeed many of our clients recruiting permanent candidates often hold the initial interviews at our offices due to the privacy and tailored nature of our resources.

Our consultants are all trained in accordance with our Investors in People and ISO Accreditation underpinned by industry leading standard and quality procedures as governed by our corporate membership of REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) vetting guidelines.

All temporary staff are checked that they have the right to work in the UK, along with a number of other identity and vetting guidelines including a minimum of 2 previous satisfactory references.

During the interview stages, all candidates undergo extensive probing and interviewing questioning to establish potential suitability for temporary or permanent jobs with our clients. At the interviewing stage, candidates are assessed and evaluated across a number of areas suitable for the job that he or she is seeking, for example computer literacy, software skills, typing speeds and psychometric testing. This state of the art assessment allows our consultants to be better placed to objectively assess the candidate's suitability and aid the selection process.

At every stage during the interviewing and selection process, our consultants are constantly evaluating skills , experiences, suitability, personality and ‘personal style' to ensure that we only submit permanent candidates or temporary staff that will meet your job needs and company fit.

Key Personnel focus on quality not quantity and follow a ‘Quality No Compromise' mantra.
