Vetting & eligibility to work
With Key Personnel you can be confident that each candidate has been carefully evaluated to ensure that their personal details are accurate and that they are eligible for work.
As part of our selection process we check the following:
- Full employment history
- Proof of eligibity to work
- Details of any unspent convictions
- Legitimacy of qualitfications
- References (If working as a temporary worker)
We also obtain proof of the candidate's right to work in the UK including checking the following original documentation:
- Passport
- Birth Certificate
- National Insurance number
- Work permit (If required)
