About the Company: Our client is a successful organisation who are going through a considerable period of growth and a recruiting in Newark. They are one of the UK’s leading businesses and innovators in their field and will provide a structured in-house training programme to ensure you have the product knowledge to be successful in this role.

Job Overview: As a 1st line technical support agent you will be responsible for answering technical queries, fixing problems and providing advice to key clients. You will be used to working in a customer care driven environment

About you: You must be technically minded as well as someone who thrives on supporting clients and providing excellent customer care. Being fluent in the French language is a preference.

What’s in it for you? A full time, permanent role working Monday to Thursday 8.30am until 5.30pm and on a Friday the hours are 8.30am until 5.00pm. You will also be working for a very stable business
