About the Company: We are actively recruiting for our client based in Castle Donington.

Job overview: To provide customer service and sales administrator services to a well-known company.

Daily tasks will include:

  • Order Processing
  • Outbound Calls
  • Checking Delivery Criteria
  • Basic Orders
  • Making Appointments
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service

 

About you: You must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to confident talk to customers over the phone. You must have excellent administration skills, IT literate and be available for an immediate start.

 

What’s in it for you? This role is being offered on a full time temporary basis with the potential to go permanent – Paying £8.71 per hour. Hours are 37.5 a week from 9:00am – 5:00pm. There is free car parking and kitchen facilities on site.
