Customer Service Advisor Based in Mansfield
About the Company: We are actively recruiting for polite, friendly individuals to train up in a Customer Service role on a fixed term contract (between 9 – 12 months) for one of our clients based in the outskirts of Mansfield.
Job overview: Speaking to customers within a customer service environment in a polite and friendly manner.
Daily tasks will include:
- Answering the phones
- Speaking to customers
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Adding notes on to the database
Full training will be provided
About you: You must be a flexible and enthusiastic team player with the ability to use Emails, MS Word, MS Excel and the Internet. If you’re looking for a career change or if you’re just coming out of education and are looking to start a career in Customer Service this job is perfect for you. You will have a confident, friendly and professional telephone manner. No previous experience in customer service is necessary.
What’s in it for you? This role is being offered on a fixed term contract basis working 28.75 hours per week (you must be available between the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm), you will also get 25 days holiday plus the 8 bank holidays. Salary £13,604.50 is the actual salary for 12 months. There is free car parking and kitchen facilities on site.
