About the Company: We are actively recruiting for our client based on the outskirts of Mansfield.

Job overview: Our client is looking for a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join their payroll department.

Daily tasks will include:

  • Processing payroll for weekly and monthly paid employees
  • Producing month end reports
  • Handling queries with internal and external customers
  • Maintaining and filing of all payroll documentation

About you: You will have 2 + years’ experience in payroll operations. You must have an understanding of SSP/SMP, Tax and N.I. You will be accurate with a good attention to detail and be PC literate. You will preferably have knowledge of Resourcelink and Microsoft Access. You will have an understanding of confidentiality and will be able to communicate effectively within the team and across the organisation.

What’s in it for you? This role is being offered on a part-time 12 month contract working 22 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday – salary is £11,500. There is free car parking and kitchen facilities on site.
