We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist/Administrator for our client based in Alfreton on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties:

  • Answering a large amount of incoming calls and transferring to relevant departments
  • Working an electronic/computerised switchboard
  • Meeting and Greeting Visitors
  • Signing in Visitors
  • Issuing Passes
  • Franking
  • Sorting Mail
  • Use of SAP and Excel
  • General Admin Duties

About you:

It is essential that you have extensive previous experience as a Receptionist within a large company with multi sites/branches. Experience working an electronic switchboard is desirable. You must have excellent customer service/administration skills, always remain highly professional and be well presented. You must be able to use Excel, knowledge of SAP is desirable.

Further Details:

This is a Part Time Temporary to Permanent role – the working hours are  8:30am – 13:30pm Monday to Friday, paying £9.50 per hour.
