We are actively recruiting for our client based on the outskirts of Mansfield on a Temporary basis until the end of December.

Job overview: To provide a full Reception and Administrative support service to the company.

Daily tasks will include:

  • To be responsible for all incoming calls to the switchboard including forwarding queries, announcing calls and taking messages via email
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors and announcing their arrival
  • The management of all incoming and outgoing post
  • Coordinating all meeting room bookings including liaising with staff members to confirm all bookings
  • Managing the conference call facilities
  • Assisting the Admin department with any general typing or ad-hoc requests received from other departments
  • Assisting the Sales department with any general administrative duties
  • Data Entry
  • To book and track both UK and International couriers
  • To book taxis on request
  • The management of all UK car hire, including booking, ensuring cars have been delivered and the monitoring of invoices
  • Management of the key safe including the logging in and out of all keys

 

About you: You must have excellent customer service and administration skills, preferably within a corporate environment. You must be able to multi task, cope well under pressure and be highly professional and well presented at all times. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills, you are proactive/enthusiastic and are a team player. You will be able to pick up tasks/systems quickly and be IT literate.

 

What’s in it for you? This role is being offered on a Part time Temporary basis from the 4th November until 31st December. Working hours will consist of weekly alternative AM and PM shifts. Pay rate £9.44 per hour. There is free car parking and kitchen facilities on site.
