About the Company: My client in Newark has a group of EU teams but is looking to expand in the Romanian team.
Job Overview: As a 1st line technical support agent you will be responsible for answering technical queries, fixing problems and providing advice to key clients in Romanian. You will be used to working in a customer care driven environment
About you: You must be technically minded as well as someone who thrives on supporting clients and providing excellent customer care. Being fluent in the Romanian language is a must.

There is an option to work 7 days a week between the hours of 5am and 10.30pm depending on the rota and the needs of the business.
