About the Company: We are actively recruiting for our client based in Newark.
Job overview: Our client is looking for an Accounts Administrator to ensure smooth and efficient processing of the company’s accounts information.
Daily tasks will include:
- Expense claim processing
- Processing receipts
- Ensure prompt supplier payments
- Processing purchase invoices
- Maintaining and reconciling bank accounts
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
About you: You must have experience in a similar role and be able to complete the duties above effectively. You must be able to communicate at all levels throughout the business. You will have a friendly and confident telephone manner with the ability to work on your own initiative whilst also being able to work efficiently as part of a team. Strong IT skills and a good knowledge of MS Office is essential. Knowledge of Exchequer is desirable.
What’s in it for you? This role is being offered on a part time temporary basis for the next 6 months, this could have the potential to go pemranent for the right candidate. This will be for 25 hours a week split over 5 days with a pay rate of £9.23 p/h. There is free car parking and kitchen facilities on site.
