Job overview: We are actively recruiting for our client based in Derby. Our client is looking for an experienced Secretary to provide full support to the company on a Temporary basis.
Daily tasks will include: The main duties will include typing from an electronic dictation and copying information to upload onto company systems and websites. There will also be other administration/secretary tasks given.
About you: You must be an excellent typist with the ability to work your way around different computer systems confidently. You must be able to pick up workloads and software very quickly. It would be an advantage if you have previously worked with Vebra Alto, Caldes or EG Property Link.
What’s in it for you? This role is being offered on a full time temporary basis to start in March for around 6-8 weeks. Pay rate of £10.00 per hour. You must be flexible with your working hours but are usually between the hours of 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.
